Gwaith Cartref / Homework:-

Dosbarthir waith cater yn dymhorol, i'w dychwelyd ar dyddiadau sy'n siwtio chi - gwelir y daflen gwaith catref yn eich llyfrau gwaith catref. Mae gan y dysgwyr elfen o ddewis o fewn y gwaith catref. 

Homework tasks are given termly, to be returned every other week, any date that suits you as a - please see homework book for these activities. This is to ensure pupils are given an element of 'choice' within their homework.  

Llyfrau Darllen / Reading Books:-

Mi fydd llyfrau darllen yn mynd adref pob dydd Iau, i'w dychwelyd pob dydd Llun. Plis cofnodwch sylwadau yn llyfr cyswllt eich plentyn.

Reading books will go home every Thursday, to be returned every Monday. Please make comments on your child's reading progress in their comments book.

Yn ystod y tymor hon mi fydd y plant yn gweithio ar... / During this term the children will work on:-   

- Darllen a thrafod stori Supertaten, Y Corff a 'Dyma fi'. 

- Ymateb i fodel  / stori trwy ysgrifennu portread, ymson, ail-adrodd stori a ffeil ffeithiau. 

​​​​​​​- Dysgu am y corff a sut i gadw dannedd yn iachus - trwy y bwydydd rydym yn bwyta / ymarferion brwshio dannedd. 

- Gwerth lle, datrys problemau geiriol, tablau 2, 5 a 10. 

- Dysgu a deall adio a tynnu hir - colofnau. 

- Reading and discussing books Supertato, The body and 'This is me'. 

- Respond to stories / historical events through writing descriptive work, monologue, re-writing stories and fact files. 

- Learning about the body and how we keep our teeth happy and healthy, through the foods we eat and how to look after our teeth. 

- Place value, solving real life problems, 2, 5 and 10 tables. 

- Learning how to add and subtract long numbers and using this method to solve real life problems. 

- Money - Developing financial literacy through Caffi Clic a Chlonc, considering budgeting and cost.
