Cyngor i Rieni/ Advice for Parents

Mae magu plant yn gallu bod yn anodd weithiau. Rydym yn byw mewn byd sy'n symud mor gyflym, sy'n newid yn barhaus, fel oedolion, gall wneud ein pen troelli. Yn aml gall ceisio sicrhau bod ein plant yn cael byd diogel a chyflawn i fyw a ffynnu ynddo deimlo fel tasg amhosibl. Mae cymaint o bethau i'w hystyried, cymaint o gwestiynau a senarios sy'n rhedeg meddyliau rhieni yn gyson. Sut ydw i'n cadw fy mhlentyn yn ddiogel pan fydd ar-lein? Faint o amser sgrin sy'n ormod o amser sgrin? Ydy'r plentyn yn hapus? Pam mae fy mhlentyn yn ymddwyn fel hyn? Sut alla i annog fy mhlentyn i gysgu? Sut alla i sicrhau bod fy mhlentyn yn bwyta'n iach? Pwy alla i ofyn am gyngor a chymorth? Mae'r rhestr yn ddiddiwedd. 

Mae cymaint o wybodaeth ar-lein, gall fod yn llethol ac yn anodd gwybod beth allwch chi ymddiried ynddo a beth sy'n ddefnyddiol. Rydym ni yn Ysgol y Lawnt yn deall ac eisiau eich helpu gymaint ag y gallwn. Felly rydym wedi llunio'r dudalen hon i'ch helpu chi. Bydd y dudalen hon yn cael ei diweddaru'n rheolaidd gyda dolenni i wahanol wefannau a gwybodaeth a wyddom yn ffynonellau dibynadwy.

 

Parenting can be hard at times. We live in such a fast moving, ever changing world, as adults it can make our head spin. Trying to ensure that our children are having a well rounded and safe world to live and thrive in can often feel like an impossible task. There are so many things to consider, so many questions and scenarios constantly running parents minds. How do I keep my child safe when they are on the internet? How much screen time is too much screen time? Is my child happy? Why is my child behaving like this? How can I encourage my child to sleep? How can I make sure my child is eating healthily? Who can I turn to for advice and help? The list is endless. 

There is so much information online, it can be overwhelming and difficult to know what you can trust and what is helpful. We at Ysgol y Lawnt understand and want to help you as much as we can. So we have put this page together to help you. This page will be regularly update with links to various websites and information that we know are reputable and reliable.

Family Link App

Mae ap gwych i chi lawrlwytho i ddyfeisiau eich teulu, ffonau symudol, llechi ac ati yn cael ei alw'n FAMILY LINK. Mae'n ap sy'n eich galluogi nid yn unig i weld pa wefannau/apiau mae eich teulu yn eu defnyddio, ond hefyd pa mor hir maen nhw'n treulio ar yr apiau/wefannau hynny. Gallwch hefyd gyfyngu'r amser maen nhw'n ei dreulio ar bob ap/wefan a hyd yn oed sefydlu amseroedd i ddiffodd y dyfeisiau, gan roi rheolaeth lawn i chi dros faint o amser sgrin sydd gan eich teulu. Gellir gosod dyfeisiau gwahanol ar amseroedd gwahanol, gan wneud hyn yn offeryn gwych i reoli amser sgrin eich teulu. Mae ar gael i'w lawrlwytho trwy siopau ap Google ac Apple, ac mae'n hollol rhad ac am ddim.

 

A fabulous app for you to download to your family devices, mobile phones, tablets etc is called FAMILY LINK. It is an app that allows you to not only see what websites/ apps you family are accessing, but how much time they are spending on those apps/websites. You can also limit the time they spend on each app/website and even set times to switch the devices off, therefore giving you full control over how much screen time your family have. Different devices can be set to different times, making this a fantastic tool in controlling your family screen time. 

It is available to download via both Google and  apple app stores, and is completely free of charge.
